About Molly

No stranger to hypergrowth, I built my career in ambiguous, lightning-fast, and high-pressure environments. Several times over, I scaled global teams during my time at early Uber, Meta, and Accel. I have navigated teams through change, led for results, and managed with empathy. And, most importantly, I have even negotiated with Beyonce.

Now, as a coach, I work with top executives across various industries, including healthcare, AI, technology, biotech, financial services, and media. I stretch leaders to close the gap between values and action, strengthen emotional intelligence, identify blind spots, and uplevel performance.

My process is tailored to individual goals and underpinned by Columbia University’s 3CP methodology.

Grounded in research, my approach centers on how humans are wired and the behaviors needed to drive lasting transformation in complicated environments.
