I built my career in lightning-fast and high-pressure environments. With that, I know what it’s like to build teams strapped for resources and crunched by the pressure of an imminent IPO. Under both good and bad managers, I learned how to hang onto the hypergrowth rocketship and how to land smoothly following an IPO. Along the way, I lost and rebuilt my confidence and learned how to define leadership for myself and my teams. My point is, I have done and seen a lot.
