Sometimes, a founder or their team fires off an “SOS!” When this happens, VC firms need to deploy targeted resources as quickly as possible and avoid the delay of onboarding a new coach. With this offering, a coach is available on-demand to support any individual across the portfolio for as many or as few sessions as needed. Firms can commit to an hourly package that fits the portfolio’s ongoing needs. This model allows:

Leadership Alignment Method (1-1)
The investor-founder relationship is complex and can be fraught with miscommunication. Investors struggle to get the information they need to impact change with their founders. And, It can be difficult for founders to know how to communicate with investors in a way that serves the relationship and the business.
At its core, the leadership alignment method is a 1-1 coaching engagement. What makes it unique is that this work focuses on insights derived from our proprietary leadership scorecard. The scorecard allows both the coachee and the sponsoring investor to assess the coachee across several leadership dimensions. This approach:
Acts like a real-time feedback loop, quickly and systematically giving coachees a clearer understanding of how they are perceived in core leadership areas.
